Most of our customers did not choose us for the machine. They chose us because of what happens after it arrives.

We have been servicing industrial equipment in the North-East since 1968. Our engineers are trained by the manufacturers whose machines they work on, and we hold stock of the parts that fail first. When a plant in Assam loses air, the question is never which brochure was better — it is who can be there, and whether they have the part.

What we do

Installation & commissioning

We install and commission every machine we sell — foundation, electricals, piping connection, first start-up, and handover with the operator present. Commissioning done properly is the cheapest warranty you will ever buy.

Annual Maintenance Contracts

A scheduled AMC replaces surprise failures with planned visits. We offer:

• Comprehensive AMC — labour, consumables and genuine spares included
• Non-comprehensive AMC — scheduled labour and inspection; parts billed as used
• Preventive visits — fixed-frequency inspection without a full contract

Which one is right depends on how hard you run the machine. We will tell you straight rather than sell you up.

Breakdown support

Machine down, call us. [CONFIRM: describe actual response commitment — e.g. same-day attendance within Guwahati, next-day for outstation sites. Do not publish a number you cannot meet.]

Genuine spares

We stock fast-moving genuine parts — air filters, oil filters, separators, compressor oil, service kits, valve plates, belts and hoses.

A genuine separator costs more than a copy. A seized airend costs more than both. This is not a place to economise, and we will not pretend otherwise.

Air audits

Most compressed-air systems leak between 20% and 30% of what they generate. That is a bill you pay every month without seeing it.

An ELGi air audit measures generation, distribution and demand across your plant, finds the leaks and the pressure drops, and quantifies what they cost. Most audits pay for themselves in recovered energy well inside a year.

Overhaul & reconditioning

Airend overhaul, motor rewinding coordination, cooler cleaning and full machine reconditioning — for when replacement is not yet justified.

Operator training

Trained operators break fewer machines. We train your people on correct operation, daily checks and the early warning signs worth calling us about.

Why authorised matters

An unauthorised service outfit will be cheaper on the invoice. What you give up:

• Genuine parts — non-genuine separators and filters shed fibres into the airend and void warranty
• Factory training — our engineers are trained by the manufacturer on the machine in front of them
• Warranty integrity — third-party service ends most manufacturer warranties on the spot
• Technical escalation — when a fault is genuinely hard, we escalate to the factory. Nobody else can
